While I still remember lessons learned in my marketing and business law classes, my fellow LeMoyne alumni and I consistently find ourselves reminiscing on the big game we won over our rival school 10 years ago. I can still taste the popcorn, smell the crisp fall air, and hear my classmates chanting “L-M-C” in unison.
Temperatures are climbing, birds are chirping, and despite our certainty that it would never come, spring is here. The only downside to this (and yes, there is only one), is that you might find yourself gazing longingly out the window at the passersby who are basking in the sun’s rays. Okay, snap out of it. At our annual staff retreat this past Monday, the entire agency gathered at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy to talk about all things CCA. We reviewed 2014, talked about upcoming work, celebrated some recent accomplishments, and set the stage for 2015—what we hope to achieve for the rest of the year. Team leaders discussed objectives and strategies, Ed showed us one of his favorite TED Talks…and then we hit the bowling lanes.
