Senior Account Executive

Raven’s can-do attitude, superhuman organizational skills, and extensive background working in higher education make her an invaluable member of our client services team at CCA.

Before joining CCA, Raven worked as an advancement officer for the Alumni Relations office at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. There, she wore many hats—managing volunteers in countless cities across the U.S., scheduling and coordinating events, and so much more. Prior to that, Raven was a student coordinator for the Capital District YMCA Black and Latino Achievers program, and she also served as an academic advisor for Excelsior University—the same school where she earned her Master of Science in management with a concentration in organizational leadership after earning her undergraduate degree from The College of Saint Rose.

Today, Raven lives in Albany with her husband and two kids. In her spare time, she loves cooking, shopping, and embarking on new adventures with her family.
